In my previous post titled dealing with grief I discussed how I overcame the feeling of grief which has many different causes but mostly loss. In this post I will explain how do I overcome the feeling of loss. For starters the most challenging aspect of overcoming this feeling is to first understand that loss is a part of life, and it can happen for a variety of reasons. Sometimes it could be very easy to blame something for the loss but in reality this doesn't help because the more I blame that something the harder it is for me to move on. The way I work around this is by using that loss to push me forwards and make more goals for myself that I could accomplish.
