In my previous post titled "why it is important to make goals" I briefly discussed learning from failures and/or mistakes when I make my goals and I end up not succeeding. But The way that I have overcame this challenge is to first understand that it is ok to fail and that I need to give myself permission to make mistakes, by doing this I gain an understanding of the concept of "nobody is perfect" including myself. Then I take my time asking myself not "what went wrong" but "what could I do differently, how can I learn from this and what could I do to improve". by asking myself these three questions I take away the fear of from the failures or mistakes I've made and I look at each of them in a way that I could learn from. To conclude this I learn from failure by giving myself permission to make mistakes, then asking myself questions that could help me be able to learn to benefit from learning from my past failures which would lead me to future success with my goals.
