A challenge that I believe that we all face in life is dealing with grief , this can come from a variety of causes. But the most common causes for me could be from, the loss of a loved one, the breaking off from a relationship, not being able to accomplish a goal or by dealing with rejection. This is challenging for me because I sometimes feel stuck when I'm dealing with grief. But the way that I have learned to overcome this issue is to first understand that everything happens for a reason, and being upset about these sorts events will not change anything. I learned that if I stay upset about something that has happened in the past I tend to get more upset about it rather than less. The next step I usually take is to do exercise which usually helps take my mind off of the subject. I learned that if I do things that I enjoy I overcome this feeling a lot faster. Sometimes I feel that I would want to be alone because of the stress caused by grief and that's fine but I have to remember that I'm not alone and that I could always talk about this with close family members or friends. in conclusion I have learned to deal with grief by not focusing on being upset with what caused the feeling of grief, by doing activities that I enjoy, and by being around friends and loved ones.
