In my previous post I discussed how I move forwards from negative experiences and I briefly talked about not being a victim, in this post I will discuss how I do this. The first thing that I noticed is that after I dealt with a negative experience is to first take the time to recognize how I felt about the situation I'm in this helps me recognize what I feel toward this as opposed of assuming what's wrong. following this step I take the time to ask myself what could I do differently which helps me figure out what can I do next as opposed of being stuck from that experience, I realized that by asking this question "what could I do better" I tend to move on from what happened a lot faster and if I don't ask that question I won't be able to push forwards in life.
