In my previous post I talked about how I deal with stress, in this post I will discuss how do I move forwards from stressful experiences. The first step that I take is to understand that the experience is in the past now and that I should not become a victim from it. The next step is to acknowledge that what I have dealt with is done now but I can still learn from it a great example of how I did this was by dealing with a life threatening situation were I had to defend myself from an armed attacker and what I learned from this experience was that there are bad people out in the world but as long as there is good there will be people who will stand up for themselves and others. The last step that I take to move forwards from this issue is to understand that I am not alone and that there are people that love and support me weather they be friends or family members and if I feel stressed out I can always speak with them about this. To wrap this all up I move forwards from stressful experiences by understanding that it is in the past now and I overcome this challenge by learning from it to prevent it from happening again, and if i am stressed out i will take the time to talk it out with family, friends or loved ones.
