Something that I have had to deal with in life is handling stress, this is a challenge that I have had to deal with for a while now especially since the beginning of the pan-dumb-ic. But the way that I have managed to overcome this is to first understand that there will be things that I cannot control but that I shouldn't be hopeless because there is one thing that I can control my approach to the stress. The next step that I take is to use that stress as a motivator to improve myself whether it would be physically or mentally and I would do this by setting up goals now these goals could be relevant to physical fitness, learning a new skill and many other things as well.
