In my previous post I discussed how I kept myself in the right state of mind during these challenging times and in this post I will explain into greater detail on how I focused on my mental health in these difficult times. The first thing that I realized was that it is important to keep myself productive so that I don't have to focus on the negative feelings associated with what is going on now. the next step I took was to keep myself physically active by doing lots of good exercises which gave me a sense of control over what I can do to react towards what is happening now. following these courses of action I decided to teach myself new skills such as cooking, coding or in this case starting my blog. Last but not least I also took time out of my day to spend with my family and/or friends, which helped me keep and maintain a healthy amount of social interaction. To sum this all up the way that I focused on my health was by keeping myself busy, by exercising frequently and by spending time with my family and friends.
Hello everybody I hope that you're all having a great day I wanted to take the time to thank each and everyone of you for your love and support for my blog James's Notebook. without any of you guys I would not be where I am currently and I'm very grateful for that, it really warms my heart knowing that there is a lot of love from everyone which is why there is going to be a new feature added to my blog and that is translate. which will allow for people across the globe to be able to read James's Notebook and be able to provide people whether they have autism or not a resource so that they could help themselves or their families, friends, or loved ones with autism keep being awesome!
