A challenge that I have had face in life is dealing with change, this can be challenging for me because I have noticed that change can be scary and it can be very sudden. I have dealt with this challenge by first reducing my fear of it by first identifying what am I afraid of during the process of change. Then I will start to try to think about what is good about change as apposed of what is the negative. if I am still frightened about the change I will normally ask am I really afraid of the change itself or am I just afraid of the outcome and if the answer is the outcome I will tell myself that the result is the result and that I don't have to worry about what happens in the future because if I worry about the future I wont be able to live in the now.
